Tallahassee is a beautiful city full of history and life. It most famously holds The Florida Capitol, Florida State University, Florida A&M University, and Tallahassee Community College. It is a city bursting with things to do. Here are our top 10 favorite things to do on a weekend in Tallahassee.
Start your weekend off right and exercise. It might not be your favorite thing, but it’s good for you. Whether it’s swimming in the community pool, or lifting weights at your local gym, exercising is beneficial in keeping you happy and healthy. The best part? When you don’t have to pay for a gym membership! Check out the communities listed on our page for great fitness centers.
2- Go Skating
You can go alone, or call your friends and head down to the local skate center. It’s a great activity for people of all levels! Some skate centers even have theme nights! So go out and enjoy! Our favorite places to skate in Tallahassee are Skate World and Skate Inn.
“No good movie is too long and no bad movie is short enough.”
Whether it’s watching the latest Marvel or Disney movie in theaters, or curling up on the couch to watch a classic, movies almost seem to be a huge part of who we are as Americans. So what are you waiting for? Head to your local movie theater or check to see if your community has a movie theater like Villa Del Lago.
